Babysitting

How Does Sown For A Season Work?
Sown for a Season is more than just a placement service we’re a full-service childcare company devoted to serving each family in the capacity needed. We have a dedicated team of employed sitters and nannies who are CPR certified, background-checked, and trained professionals.
1. Booking: Families start by filling out their service needs through our booking link. This gives us the details we need to begin the matching process.
2. Intentional Matching: Once we understand your needs, we intentionally place one of our trained team members with your family. You’ll receive their bio to review first.
3. Meet & Greet: If you approve the bio, we’ll then schedule a meet and greet so you can connect with your potential nanny or sitter before finalizing.
4. Solidifying the Schedule: After the meet and greet is approved by your family, the schedule is confirmed and care begins.
5. Payments: All payments are made directly to the company. Sitters and nannies are paid through payroll—so everything stays organized and professional.
6. Backup Care: If your nanny ever needs to take time off due to illness or emergency, we’ll coordinate a backup sitter with your approval, so you’re never left without care.
